3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 7665-2005 and defined the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Base capacitance
Positive and negative pressure chamber through the atmosphere (gauge pressure, differential pressure type) or enter a zero output capacitance value of a single capacitor sensor pressure (absolute pressure type).
3.2 Capacitance deviation
Differential capacitive sensor difference between two base capacitance.
3.3 Capacitance increment ratio
When the sensor is subjected to full-scale pressure than the absolute value of its underlying value of capacitance due to pressure generated by the capacitance increment.
