Scope

GB/T 2852-2008 is the English-translated version of 冲模滚动导向模架.

GB/T 2852-2008 fixes the structure, dimensions and marking of ball-bearing (rolling) guide die sets for stamping dies. Clause 1 states that the standard applies to cast ball-bearing guide die sets for stamping dies.

The standard is the consolidation and revision of four earlier parts covering diagonal pillar die sets, intermediate pillar die sets, four-post die sets and rear pillar die sets, and its foreword lists the main changes against them: the title was changed to cover ball-bearing guide die sets as a whole, a foreword and a clause of normative references were added, the structure and dimensions of the intermediate pillar die sets were substantially altered, and a limiter was added to all of the die set structural drawings.

Clause 2 cites the components the die sets are built from, including hexagon socket head cap screws, the upper and lower die holders for ball-bearing guide die sets (GB/T 2856.1 and GB/T 2856.2), and the guide components of the GB/T 2861 series covering guide pillars, guide bushings, ball retainers, cylindrical helical compression springs and plates, together with JB/T 8050 on technical requirements for die sets.

The standard was proposed and is administered by the national die and mould standardization technical committee, SAC/TC 33, and was approved by AQSIQ and the Standardization Administration of China.

It is classified under ICS 25.120.30 and Chinese classification J46. The foreword also records that the standard replaces the earlier GB 2852.1 to 2852.3-1981. It replaces GB/T 2852.1-1990, GB/T 2852.2-1990, GB/T 2852.3-1990 and GB/T 2852.4-1990, was issued on 2008-04-10 and has applied since 2008-10-01.

This standard and GB/T 2852.1-1990, GB/T 2852.2-1990, GB/T 2852.3-1990 and GB/T 2852.4- Compared to 1990, the main changes are as follows.

--- The standard name be changed to "die mold rolling guide";

--- Added "preface" and "normative references";

--- Intermediate pillar formwork structures and sizes made major changes;

--- All mold structure diagram limiter process is increased.
