Scope

GB/T 28437-2012 is the English-translated version of 地面数字电视广播监测技术规程.

GB/T 28437-2012 fixes the monitoring items, the technical indicators and the monitoring methods for terrestrial digital television broadcasting systems that comply with GB 20600-2006.

Clause 1 states that it applies to monitoring the broadcast quality and the coverage effect of digital terrestrial television broadcasting.

3 Terms, definitions and abbreviations

3.1 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1.1 Digital terrestrial television broadcasting monitoring

Broadcast quality and effectiveness of the entire system of terrestrial digital television broadcasting subjective evaluation and objective measurement.

3.1.2 Inactive

Due to various factors in the operation of FIG provision does not broadcast program broadcast time.

3.1.3 Empty broadcast

Within the specified broadcast time, but due to technical equipment carrier normal abnormal failure or human improper operation, no modulation signal is present, Phenomenon, also known as the carrier has no modulation.
