1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the length of the pulp fibers by microscopic image analysis.
This standard applies to all kinds of pulp fiber length measuring less than 0.2mm fibers are not included in calculations.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Microscopic image analysis
The microscope imaging fiber amplification observed morphology, structure, and measurement statistics.
3.2 Number average fiber length meanlength
The results of the measured fiber length divided by the number of total income, by L.
3.3 Length - weight average fiber length
By the length of the calculated weight-average fiber length represented by L1.
3.4 Quality - Weight average fiber length
Calculated by the mass of the weight average fiber length, indicated by LW.
Note. Quality - Weight average fiber length of previously known weight - weight average fiber length.
