1 Scope

This standard specifies the conductivity measurement calibration solution prepared using the reagents, instruments or equipment, procedures, uncertainty of the solution and preservation solution.

This standard applies to conductivity meter, conductivity cell constant preparation of calibration solution (hereinafter referred to as solution).

2 KCl concentration conductivity value

KCl concentration corresponding to the conductivity values in Table 1.

Table 1 corresponds to the concentration of potassium chloride conductivity value

3 Reagents

Preparation of the calibration solution of the desired reagents.

a) potassium chloride. pure class distinctions, at (220 ~ 240) °C under drying 2h, and then into the dryer to cool to room temperature;

b) Water. water or a laboratory conductivity no greater than 0.2 × 10-6S/cm of distilled or deionized water (25 °C time).

4 instruments or apparatus

Preparation of the solution required for instruments or apparatus.

a) Analytical balance. the largest weighing not more than 200g, verification scale value of 0.1mg;

b) 1000mL volumetric flask. A level;

c) 100mL pipette. A level;

d) thermometer. (0 ~ 50) °C, second;

e) bath. temperature fluctuation degrees ± 0.2 °C;

f) Electric Oven. (0 ~ 300) °C.
