Foreword

This standard uses the re-drafting method to modify ISO 2424.:2007 "Textiles for flooring" (English version).

ISO 2424.:2007 "Textile pavement vocabulary" is based on the mechanism of carpet, the classification of textile paving and terminology definition, consider me the actual situation of the carpet products, in this standard to add the contents of hand-knotted carpet.

Compared with ISO 2424.:2007, the main changes are as follows.

--- increase 4.1.2.1 mechanism tufted carpet;

--- increase 4.1.2.2 handmade tufted carpet (handmade gun rubber back carpet);

--- increase 4.1.7.1.1 hand Persian knot (8 words knot) carpet;

--- increase 4.1.7.1.2 hand-made Turkish knot (horseshoe knot) carpet;

--- increase 4.1.7.1.3 hand chain knot carpet;

--- increase 4.2.5 hand-woven no pile of textile floor coverings.

This standard is proposed by the China Light Industry Federation.

This standard is nationalized by the National Carpet Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC150).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the definitions of terms related to textile floor workings and classifies their products.
