Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 26282-2010 "Method for Determination of Heat Balance of Cement Rotary Kiln". Compared with GB/T 26282-2010, except for the In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Changed the requirements for some measuring instruments, and changed the "accuracy level of the inclined micromanometer should not be lower than 2%" to "accuracy of the inclined micromanometer" The rating shall not be lower than 1.5" (see 4.2, 8.3 of the:2010 edition);

b) Added the dust concentration measurement items of secondary air and tertiary air (see 6.1);

c) Changed the requirements for the determination and calculation of the calorific value of coal, and cancelled "When the calorific value of the fuel cannot be directly measured, it can be determined according to elemental analysis or "Calculation of calorific value from industrial analysis results", the carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen in solid fuels are changed to "according to GB/T 476, GB/T 19227 or Method analysis specified in GB/T 30733" (see 7.2.2.2, 5.3.2.2 and 5.3.3.3 of the:2010 edition);

d) Delete the determination of water consumption (see Chapter 14 of the:2010 edition);

e) The calculation formula of the low calorific value of bituminous coal, anthracite and lignite in Appendix A is deleted (see Appendix A of the:2010 edition, A:2.2.1, A:2.2.2, A:2.2.3, A:2.3.1, A:2.3.2).

1 Scope

This document specifies the preparations and requirements for the determination of heat balance parameters of various types of rotary kilns for the production of Portland cement clinker, the amount of materials, the Composition and fuel calorific value, material temperature, equipment surface heat dissipation, gas temperature, pressure, flow rate, composition, moisture content, dust concentration and other parameters method of measurement.

This document is applicable to the determination of heat balance parameters of various types of cement rotary kilns for the production of Portland cement clinker.
