This part is part 3 of GB/T 26237.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This section uses the re-drafting method to modify the use of international standards ISO/IEC FDIS19794-3..2006 "Information technology biometric knowledge Data exchange format Part 3. Fingerprint spectrum data ".
This section is technically different from ISO/IEC 19794-3.:2006, and the terms involved in these differences have been passed on the outside margin the vertical single line (|) of the blank position is marked.
- the terms in Chapter 4 of this Part are the same as those in GB/T 26238-2010 "Information Technology Biometrics" the definition of which is used; if it is not repeated, it is defined in ISO/IEC FDIS19794-3..2006.
Introduction
In this part, the terminology and definition of fingerprint type spectrum, fingerprint spectrum data, fingerprint type data record, fingerprint type data card format, the storage pattern of the fingerprint-type spectrum data, and the exchange format of the fingerprint-based fingerprint data to guide the various fields of automatic fingerprint recognition application.
Information technology - Biometrics data exchange format Part 3. Fingerprint spectrum data
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 26237 specifies the definition of fingerprint-type spectral data, fingerprint-type spectral data records, fingerprint-type spectrum data card format, refers to the pattern of pattern data, and the exchange format of the fingerprint-based fingerprint data.
This part applies to various fields of automatic fingerprint recognition.
2 Compliance
If a biometric system or algorithm satisfies the definition of the fingerprint spectrum data defined in clause 7 and the description in Chapter 8 of the data records generated by the relevant provisions, then the system or algorithm to comply with this part.

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
Biometric data
Aggregate, biometric reference, biometric, or biometric characteristics of biometric or biometric samples at any stage of treatment characteristic.
Note. Biometric data do not have to be subordinate to a particular individual, for example, a generic background model.
[GB/T 26238-2010, definition 2.2.2.2.1.1] 4.2 Biometric feature A value or mark that is extracted from a biometric sample for comparison.
Note 1. The biometric term is the output of the completed biometric item extraction.
