This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 25852-2010 "8 grade chain forging lifting parts". Compared with GB/T 25852-2010, the main technical

- modified materials, heat treatment, manufacturing processes, mechanical properties and tests (see Chapters 4 and 5,

This standard uses the translation method equivalent to ISO 8539..2009 "8 grade chain steel forging lifting parts" (English version).

8 steel forging lifting parts

1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the eight-stage steel forged lifting parts (hereinafter referred to as "parts") with a maximum working load of not more than 63t.

It is mainly used for the following lifting sling.

--- GB/T 20652 and GB/T 25853 provisions of the hanging chain;

--- ISO 7531 in the provisions of the wire rope sling;

--- knitting sling.

This standard does not apply manual forged parts, welded links and other welded parts.
