Foreword
This standard is identical with ISO 11862:1993 "electrical connection of earth-moving machinery starting aid" (in English).
This standard is equivalent to translate ISO 11862:1993.
For ease of use, this standard made the following editorial changes.
--- "This International Standard" be replaced by "this standard";
--- Instead of using the decimal point as a decimal point ",". ",";
--- Figure 3 footnote number in the form of "1)" to "a";
--- Of ISO 11862:1993 international standard referenced with the international standard has been adopted as a standard in place of the corresponding;
--- Remove the foreword to international standards.
The standard proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.
This standard by the national earthmoving machinery Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC334) centralized.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the plugs and sockets graphics, size, design, they must be able to cooperate fully in order to meet the different configurations of electrical connectors (T 8498 defined earthmoving machinery to provide connectivity to the auxiliary starting circuit of GB /) requirements can interactively use. This standard has positive Correct polarity connection means universal, standard coding circuit and short circuit protection provisions made, and can be used on the same circuit voltage range of other machines Machinery, vehicles or mobile equipment.

3 General requirements
3.1 Socket Assembly
As shown in FIG. 1 socket assembly should be, and should be permanently installed on the machine. Socket assembly having a male terminal [see FIG. 3b)], this structure can when guaranteed with plug to match the correct polarity.
3.2 Plug assembly
Plug assembly should be shown, it serves 2 from one machine to another machine [see Figure 2a)] or from an external power source (battery) to the machine Device [see Figure 2b)] auxiliary starting role. Plug has a female [see Fig. 3a)] and cooperating with the socket assembly 3.1.
4 Construction
4.1 Material
Connector body made of glass fiber reinforced nylon, or other equivalent or superior moldable flame retardant insulation material; should be plated connecting part, to ensure low corrosion and low resistance.
4.2 Terminals
Terminals shall comply with Figure 3, in order to ensure that the mechanical and electrical safety, before molding welding or other suitable methods should be used and make it permanently Connected to the cable end.
4.3 Cable
Universal carrying cable Nominal cross section 50mm2,70mm2 or 95mm2, and in line with GB/T 3956-2008 fifth regulation set. Cable outlet and plug the cable should meet the GB/T 5013.4-2008 model 60245IEC 66 (YCW). Plug the cable in particular Use a flexible cable.
All cables should be long enough, and there is an appropriate terminal machine, or any machine connected between corresponding points of the auxiliary power supply.
It should ensure that all cables connected to secure and protect the cable from damage inside the machine.
4.4 Fuse
Fuses should comply with GB/T 13539.1 requirements.
