Scope

GB/T 25488-2010 is the English-translated version of 网络化制造系统集成模型.

GB/T 25488-2010 provides a reference guide for the integration model of an enterprise networked manufacturing system.

Clause 1 states that it gives the architecture of that integration model, defines the integration metamodel, identifies the integration elements of a networked manufacturing system, and gives the object model of those elements together with the relationships between the elements and between the objects; it applies to enterprises, to consultancy units serving networked manufacturing and to units providing networked manufacturing technical support.

Its contents list names a scope clause, clause 2 on terms and definitions, clause 3 on the reference architecture model for networked manufacturing system integration and clause 4 on the integration metamodel, followed by informative Annex A on the integration model, Annex B on integration modelling and Annex C on an enterprise reference model for networked manufacturing systems, and a bibliography.

Clause 2 defines networked manufacturing as the use of network technology by an enterprise to carry out product design, manufacture, sales, procurement and management, and goes on to define a networked manufacturing system, a model, a system model, an integrated system model and architecture, two of these (2.3 and 2.6) taken from GB/T 18757-2008; the note on architecture separates the system architecture concerned with designing one system from the reference architecture concerned with organising a project.

The introduction states that systems integration is the foundation of networked manufacturing and that an integration model is a basic tool for it, and that the document is meant to let enterprises see their integration objects and integration relationships clearly and to guide the design and development of a networked manufacturing system.

It also states that the document is a recommended standard serving as a guiding document when an enterprise carries out networked manufacturing engineering.

The foreword records that this is a first edition, that the standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation and is administered by the national technical committee on automation systems and integration, SAC/TC159, and that it was drafted by the Beijing Research Institute of Automation for Machinery Industry and Tsinghua University. It was issued on 1 December 2010 and has applied since 1 May 2011.

Foreword

The Standard Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C are informative appendices. The standard proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation.

Drafting of this standard. Beijing Machinery Industry Automation Research Institute of Tsinghua University.

Introduction

System integration is the foundation and key network manufacturing, systems integration model is a powerful tool and the basis for system integration.

The standard for our manufacturing enterprise information features, specifications networked manufacturing system integration related terms, given the network system Architecture building systems integration model, the definition of networked manufacturing system integration metamodel, defined the elements of the integrated network manufacturing system, And gives the relationships of the various elements of the integrated networked manufacturing system object model as well as between objects.

The standards can provide a reference guide for Chinese enterprises to implement networked manufacturing system to enable enterprises to clear Networked Manufacturing System Integration objects and integration relationship guide networked manufacturing system design and development. "Networked Manufacturing System Integration Model" is the recommended standards, as a guiding document for the implementation of enterprise network manufacturing engineering time. Networked Manufacturing System Integration Model

1 Scope

The standard for enterprise networking manufacturing system integration model provides a reference guide. This standard gives the networked manufacturing system integration module Type architecture, the definition of networked manufacturing system integration element model explicitly integrated manufacturing system network elements, and gives network Relationship of each integrated manufacturing system and elements of the object model objects.

This standard applies to companies manufacturing network to provide network consulting services units and manufacturing technical support units.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

2.1 Networked Manufacturing

Enterprise use of network technology to carry out general product design, manufacturing, sales, procurement, management and a series of manufacturing activities.

2.2 Networked Manufacturing System

Enterprises under the guidance of the guiding ideology, theory and method of networked manufacturing mode, in the manufacture of integrated network platforms and software tools Support, combined with their specific business requirements, design and implementation of network-based manufacturing systems.

2.3 Model

To answer the research question and the expression of specific aspects of the real thing and take various forms (including mathematics, physics, symbols, graphics, or text Word description, etc.), the actual things abstract expression.

Note: The model can be used to describe the different stages of the business activity or business life cycle. [GB/T 18757-2008, the definition 3.16]

2.4 System Model

About the function of the system and the behavior of the system representation.

NOTE: The system model is used to improve the performance of the system, and to identify the basic elements of decomposition to the extent needed. It also provides information on these elements, resources And organizational needs, and provide the desired information to define the system.

2.5 System integration model

It represents the system and various constituent elements of the composition of the association between the elements and the reference model relationships. System integration model is used to control the various elements of the system As a unified whole operation.

2.6 Architecture

The basic configuration of the system (whether physical or conceptual objects or entities) and description of each part of the connection (model).

Note: For system integration, and only two architectures, which are.

a) System architecture (sometimes referred to as "Class 1" architecture) relates to a system design. Such as an entire enterprise integration system computer control system EC part;

b) Business Reference item (sometimes referred to as "Type 2" architecture) involved such as enterprise integration or development and implementation of other enterprise project organization. [GB/T 18757-2008, 3.2 Definition]
