Scope
GB/T 25441-2022 is the English-translated version of 吸尘器电机.
GB/T 25441-2022 is the Chinese national specification for the motors of household and similar vacuum cleaners.
It fixes the rating and the enclosure protection, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging, transport and storage provisions for single-phase series-excited motor-fans and for brushless DC motor-fans used in the cleaners and water-suction appliances covered by GB 4706.7.
Limits are given for radial vibration velocity, for A-weighted sound power level and for the drop test, while the annexes hold the principle of the air-volume and vacuum test and the reliability test method.
Safety is handed over to GB/T 12350-2022, and the counter-electromotive-force constant, the controller protection function and the reliability requirements are new.
It replaces GB/T 25441-2010, was issued on 30 December 2022 and has applied since 1 July 2023.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 25441-2010 "Vacuum Cleaner Motor". Compared with GB/T 25441-2010, except for structural adjustment and editorial Besides the changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Added the definition of controller and counter electromotive force constant (see 3.9, 3.10);
--- Changed the range of rated parameters (see 4.2, 4.3 of the 2010 edition);
--- Added brushless DC motor performance parameters (see 5.4);
---Changed performance indicators such as maximum suction power, maximum vacuum degree, maximum air volume, maximum efficiency (see 5.4, 5.12 of the 2010 edition);
--- Added technical requirements for brushless DC motors (see 5.4, 5.7, 5.8, 5.10, 5.11, 5.12 and 5.13);
---Deleted the original standard safety item, changed to refer to GB/T 12350-2022 (see 5.9, 5.10, 5.11, 5.13, 2010 edition 5.15, 5.17 and 5.20);
--- Added counter electromotive force constant, controller protection function, reliability requirements and test methods (see 5.10, 5.11, 5.13, 6.10, 6.11 and 6.13).
