Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 25335-2010 "Railway T-beam Bridge Erection Machine". Compared with GB/T 25335-2010, the main differences are in structural adjustments and compilation. Aside from the logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The ambient wind speed was changed (see 4.3,

3.2.2 in the.2010 version);

b) The beam erection slope requirements have been changed (see 4.5,

3.1.2 of the.2010 version);

c) The working levels of the entire bridge erecting machine and the hoisting mechanism have been increased (see 5.1.2);

d) Increased the internal clearance requirements for the bridge erecting machine (see 5.1.6);

e) Added requirements for pin connections in metal structures (see 5.1.9);

f) The requirements for butt welds have been changed [see 5.1.10e),

4.3.3.6 of the.2010 edition];

g) Increased requirements for the self-running speed of the bridge erecting machine (see 5.2.5~5.2.7);

h) Added requirements and test methods for single-unit emergency braking of bridge erecting machines [see 5.2.9, 6.2.4d)];

i) Increased allowable deviation requirements for each mechanism of the bridge erecting machine (see 5.2.10);

1 Scope

GB/T 25335-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the bridge erecting gantry that places precast T-girders span by span - the lifting and traversing, the stability during launching when the machine is cantilevered over the gap, the wind limits and the safety devices. It replaces GB/T 25335-2010, under the National Railway Administration. It was issued on 2 December 2025 and has been in force since 1 July 2026, replacing GB/T 25335-2010. The document is under the responsibility of the National Railway Administration. This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of T-beam bridge erecting machines, a large-scale construction machinery for railways. The corresponding experimental methods were developed. This document applies to newly constructed T-shaped concrete beam bridge erecting machines (hereinafter referred to as "bridge erecting machines") for 1435mm standard gauge passenger and freight railway lines.
