1 Scope

This standard specifies the general technical requirements for resistance welding machine controllers, test methods, inspection rules, and the nameplate, transportation, storage and so on.

This standard applies to the general conditions of use frequency, IF or secondary rectifying spot welding, projection welding, seam welding, butt welding resistance welding machine controller (Hereinafter referred to as the controller). 3 Definitions

GB/T 2900.22, GB/T 8366 and GB 15578 and established in the following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

3.1 Resistance welding machine controller

To control the work process and the welding parameters of resistance welding machine to ensure the quality of welding equipment, collectively referred to as resistance welding machine controller.

3.2 Synchronization control

You can control the solder transformer primary current at the specified voltage wave phase conduction energization control.

3.3 Asynchronous control non-synchronousinitiation
