1 Scope

This standard specifies the nominal thickness of 0.35mm and 0.50mm high-pressure cold-rolled non-oriented electrical steel strip (film) grades, technology

Requirements, inspection, testing, packaging, marking and quality certificates.

This standard applies to the magnetic circuit structure used in the whole process of high magnetic induction cold-rolled non-oriented electrical steel strip (film).

3 terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2521 apply to this document.

4 grades

The grades of steel are made in the order given below.

1) in mm as a unit, the material nominal thickness of 100 times.

2) Characteristic characters.

--- W said non-oriented electrical steel;

--- G indicates high magnetic induction.

3) the maximum specific loss value of the magnetic polarization intensity at 1.5T and the frequency at 50Hz, W/kg and the corresponding thickness of the product

100 times.

Example. 50WG400 represents a non-oriented electrical steel with a nominal thickness of 0.50 mm and a maximum negative total loss of P1.5/50 of 4.0 W/kg.
