1 Scope

This section presents the environmental aspects into household and similar purposes plugs and sockets (hereinafter referred to household plug socket) Basic in principle.

This section applies to new or improved product design.

This section applies to household and similar uses plug socket comprises a single phase plugs and sockets, three-prong plug socket.

The purpose of this section is to the product design stage to control its impact on the environment.
