8.101 connection phase line (mains lead) terminals should be an identification mark, unless the connection method is not important in itself, is self-evident, or on the wiring diagram indicated by outside. Such terminals shall be marked with the letter L to identify, if more than one of such terminals, respectively, the letter should be L1, L2, L3, etc. to identify, and that these letters can be shown each with an arrow to its respective terminal.

On poles, three and four pole switch, unless the relationship between the terminal itself is self-evident, otherwise, with any one of the terminals corresponding pole We should have such an identification mark (where applicable), to distinguish it from other poles corresponding terminals.

These marks shall not be placed on screws or other easily removable parts.

Compliance is checked by inspection.

8.102 poles, three poles and four-pole switch and switch should sign a rated voltage above 250V or exceed the rated current of 16A, clearly marked it shows the actual position of the starting element toward a different direction or position of the switch.

GB 2099.4-2008/IEC 60884-2-3:2006 the flag should be in front with a switch socket, when fitted with a roof or cover should be clearly visible. If these signs and markings on the cover, the cover should be it is not possible to ensure that these components will result in the installation mark the wrong position.

Logo start moving direction of the element, it can be represented by the symbol.

"On" position (on) should be clearly marked.

Compliance is checked by inspection.

9 Check, size

10 Protection against electric shock

GB 2099.1 of this chapter apply to make the following modifications.

increase.

10.101 knob is used for operating the switch in a switched outlet, the operating lever, push button, toggle and the like shall be of insulating material Goods, otherwise, we must use double or reinforced insulation to metal parts thereof accessible metal parts are separated and the switching mechanism, or their Accessible metal parts securely grounded.

Compliance is checked by inspection and by chapter 17 of Chapter 21 of the test examination.

10.102 switch mechanism is not insulated from live parts and metal parts, such as a wheel or rocker pivot spindle or the like, should not be extended housing.

Compliance is checked by inspection. If necessary, remove the starter element or destroyed.

NOTE. If you must destroy starting element, whether qualified inspection after the tests should be Chapter 28.

After 10.103 socket with switch installed in normal use, the switching mechanism of metal parts, such as a wheel or rocker pivot spindle or the like should be not accessible.

In addition, these metal parts shall be easily accessible metal parts, comprising a support base for concealed installation switch may be mounted on a metal mounting box in metal frames, such as insulation, but also with its screw fixed to the base bracket insulation.

If the switch mechanism metal parts separated from live parts, creepage distances and clearances between the two terms is 27.1 predetermined value at least twice, or solid grounding these metal parts, we do not meet these additional requirements.

Compliance is checked by inspection, but also to measure and, if necessary, Chapter 17 of Chapter 20 of the test examination.

11 Earthing

GB 2099.1 of this chapter apply.

13.101 switch structure should match the number of poles socket phase. Neutral is not switched outlets except extremely neutral control.

Not as a ground contact electrode, the ground should not be subject to the control circuit.

Position switch operating member shall not impede the normal plug into the appropriate, correct operation of the operating element should not be positive because the corresponding plug Insert often hampered.

13.102 rotary switch knob should be securely coupled to the rotating shaft member or operating mechanism.

1min 100N axial pulling force applied to the knob.

After that, only one direction of operation of the switch knob (if possible) without undue force in the opposite direction of rotation 100 times.

GB 2099.4-2008/IEC 60884-2-3:2006 During this test, the knob should not be disengaged.

Except operating element 13.103 switch is released, should automatically be in contact with the movable corresponding position, but one-button switch, such Switch operating member may be in a single rest position.

Compliance is checked by inspection and manual test.

13.104 switch shall be constructed to ensure that its movable contact only still in the "on" or "off" position. However, if the intermediate position of the movable contact the intermediate position corresponding to the starting member, and has a sufficient dielectric strength between the movable contact and the stationary contact, the movable contact to be in the middle position.

Compliance is checked by observation, if necessary, according to the requirements of 17.2 voltage is applied between the stationary and moving contacts and in an intermediate position when checking.

13.105 switch in the structure should be able to do when no arc flash switch over slow operation.

Compliance is checked by operating the switch to check. At the end of Chapter 21 Test, and then breaking the circuit 10 times, each time by hand uniform and stable Push starting element than 2s time, if possible, so that the movable contacts just stopped in the middle position, then release the starting element.

During the trial, sustained arcing shall occur.

13.106 with more than one pole switch with an operating switch socket shall be simultaneously switched on and off all the poles, but the neutral line with switch Multi-pole switch except the neutral pole should not be disconnected before the other, then turned on the other pole.

Compliance is checked by inspection and manual test to check.

13.107 If the purpose of installation and remove the cover plate, then the operating mechanism should be independent of the lid and cover.

Compliance is checked by the following method to check. do not install the cover and the cover, a lamp in series with the switch, and the like under normal use without undue Power operation starting element.

During the test, the lamp should be flashing.
