Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 24434-2009 "Commode Chair (Stool)". Compared with GB/T 24434-2009, except for structural adjustments and editorial In addition to the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows.

— Changed the definition of commode chair (see 3.1, 3.1 of the 2009 edition);

— Added the definition of maximum user quality (see 3.12);

— Changed the classification and deleted the model name (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2009 edition);

— Added items in the assembly requirements (see 5.3.6, 5.3.7);

— Changed the test conditions (see Chapter 6, 6.1 of the 2009 edition);

— Changed the load-bearing mass in the stability test (see 7.5, 6.4 of the 2009 edition);

— Changed some static load test parameters and added static load test items (see 7.6.1, 6.3 of the 2009 edition);

— Added backrest impact resistance test (see 7.6.2.2);

— Increased durability requirements and test methods (see 5.6.3, 7.6.3);

— Changed the water temperature setting for the bedpan temperature change test (see 7.7.2.2, 6.7.2 of the 2009 edition).

1 Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of toilet chairs, and stipulates the classification, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, Storage, describes the corresponding test method.

This document applies to fixed toilet chairs and folding toilet chairs with a user mass of not less than 35kg and not more than 150kg as specified by the manufacturer.

Design, production and testing of commode chairs, commode chairs with wheels, simple commode chairs and other commode chairs.
