3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 24328.1 apply to this document.

3.1 Spherical bursting strength

FD Under the test conditions, the maximum force that the surface of the toilet paper and its product samples can withstand in the vertical direction.

Note. The spherical bursting strength is expressed in millinewtons (mN).

3.2 Wet balburststrength

FW Under the test conditions, the maximum force that the wetted surface of the toilet paper and its products can withstand in the vertical direction.

Note. Wet spherical bursting strength is expressed in millinewtons (mN).

3.3 Wet sphere burst index wetbalburstindex

XW The wet burst resistance is divided by the quantification of the sample after the temperature and humidity treatment, and the quantification is determined according to the standard method. […]
