This part is Part 9 of GB/T 24328.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part uses the redrafting law to amend and adopt ISO 12625-11.2012 "Tissue Paper and its products Part 11.Wet spherical bursting strength

Determination of ".

The technical differences between this part and ISO 12625-11.2012 and the reasons are as follows.

---Modified the scope to adapt to the technical conditions of our country.

---Regarding normative reference documents, this section has made adjustments with technical differences to adapt to my country's technical conditions and adjustments.

The situation is collectively reflected in Chapter 2 "Normative Reference Documents", and the specific adjustments are as follows.

* Replace ISO 186 with GB/T 450 which is modified to adopt international standards;

* Replace ISO 187 with GB/T 10739, which is equivalent to the international standard;

* Replace ISO 12625-1 with GB/T 24328.1 which is modified to adopt international standards;

* Replace ISO 12625-9 with GB/T 24328.7 modified to adopt international standards;

* Delete ISO 7500-1 to adapt to the technical conditions of my country's paper industry;

* Added reference to GB/T 22903.

---Modified the terminology in Chapter 3 to conform to the usage habits of Chinese users (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4).

--- Deleted ISO 7500-1 for calibration and verification of force measurement system in 6.4 to adapt to the technical conditions of my country's paper industry.

--- Deleted the method of improving the wet strength of the product in 8.2, the wet strength effect of the wet strength agent in the product under natural aging and accelerated aging conditions

The comparison shows to meet the standard technical conditions of our country.

--- Delete the note in Chapter 11 results calculation to meet the requirements of GB/T 24328.7.

---The Appendix B of ISO 12625-11.2012 was deleted to adapt to the technical conditions of our country.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 24328 specifies the determination of the resistance to mechanical penetration of toilet paper and its products after wetting (wet spherical bursting resistance)

method.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 24328.1 apply to this document.

Spherical bursting strength balburststrength

Under the test conditions, the maximum force that the surface of the toilet paper and its product samples can withstand in the vertical direction.

Note. The spherical bursting strength is expressed in millinewtons (mN).

Under the test conditions, the maximum force that the wetted surface of the toilet paper and its products can withstand in the vertical direction.

The wet burst resistance is divided by the quantification of the sample after the temperature and humidity treatment, and the quantification is determined according to the standard method.
