This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This section uses redrafted Law Amendment uses ISO 9073-11:2002 "Textiles nonwovens Test methods - Part 11. Overflow Flow "(in English).

Part of this ISO 9073-11:2002 main differences are as follows.

--- Remove the foreword and introduction;

--- Simplifies Chapter 1;

--- Normative references in the international standard is replaced by the corresponding national standards, to delete the reference to ISO 186;

--- Increasing the sample table table inclination angle tolerance in 4.2.1;

--- 4.2.5 adds the note;

--- 4.2.6 NOTE refine the content;

--- Modify the sampling method 4.3 and 5.3;

--- Adds in explanation of the letter symbols of formula (1);

--- 4.5.10 will split 6.5 Note 1 for 4.5.10 and 4.5.11.

1 Scope

This section GB/T 24218 specifies the quality of certain test liquid (simulated urine) absorbed by the non-woven fabric sample was measured after spill the method of liquid quality.

This section can be used to compare different overflow traffic nonwoven fabric sample, but not to simulate actual conditions of use of the final product.

This section provides three different test methods.

a) Method I. basic test method for the hydrophilic non-woven fabric;

b) Method II. Repeat test method, using the same test parameters a) with;

c) Methods III. small angle test methods, and the use of a) different inclination test bed for hydrophobic nonwoven fabric.

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Overflow traffic run-off the remaining amount of the liquid flowing through the liquid sample after the units of grams (g).
