1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination principle of wash oil 15 °C crystals, apparatus, sampling, analysis step, the results of the report.

This standard applies to the determination of the resulting high temperature distillation of coal tar washing oil crystals of 15 °C.

Principle 3

The wash oil holding 30min at 15 °C to observe any crystallization.

4 Instrument

Beaker. Capacity 500mL.

Thermometer. Temperature range 0 °C ~ 100 °C, sub-grid value 1 °C.

Water bath. to maintain a temperature of 15 °C ± 1 °C.

5 Sampling

Samples taken by GB/T 1999 regulations.

Step 6 Analysis

Even weighed sample of about 300mL beaker, placed in 15 °C ± 1 °C water bath, stirring with a thermometer, and at 15 °C ± 1 °C

Holding 30min, 10min to the last stop stirring. The sample was then slowly poured into another beaker, when the inverted sample, carefully observe the original cup

Have Beibi and bottom crystals appear.

7 Results Report

According to pour a sample when observed in the original bottom of the cup or the cup wall or without crystals, the report with or without crystals.
