Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 23588-2009 "NdFeB Scrap", compared with GB/T 23588-2009, except for editorial changes The technical changes are as follows.

---Modified normative reference documents, deleted GB 16487.7, added XB/T 612.3, XB/T 617.4 (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2009 edition);

--- Added the definition of NdFeB production and processing recycled materials (see Chapter 3);

---Modify the classification of recycled materials, increase the product name, source process, material appearance quality characteristics and total rare earth oxide (REO) Reference range (see 4.1, 3.1 of the 2009 edition);

---Modified the technical indicators of the chemical composition (see 4.3, 3.2 in the 2009 edition);

---Modified the test method, deleted the analysis method of environmental protection requirements and carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 16487.7, added cobalt, Methods for determination of boron, aluminum, copper, chromium, nickel, manganese, titanium, calcium, and magnesium (see 5.2, 4.5 of the 2009 edition);

---Modified the requirements of sampling and sample preparation (see 6.4, 5.4 of the 2009 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and quality of NdFeB production and processing recycled materials. Certificate of Quantity.

This standard applies to the recovery, processing and processing of various recyclable waste materials (hereinafter referred to as recycled materials) generated during the production and processing of NdFeB trading.
