1 Scope

This section GB/T 23470 gives a sensory analysis laboratory personnel responsibilities required general guidelines to enhance the sensory analysis laboratory Management capacity, optimize staffing, improve evaluation efficiency.

This section applies to any plan to build a sense of organizational structure specification analysis. We should consider the following two main aspects.

Education --- laboratory personnel, background and professional competence;

--- Three levels of staff job responsibilities, including sensory analysis laboratory managers, sensory analysts and (or) the evaluation team leader, the evaluation team technician.

This section applies to the corporate sector, research institutions, and service organizations as well as quality control of all types of products related to the official sector Sensory analysis laboratory. In principle, the sensory analysis laboratory can be various types of sensory testing, such as differences in test, descriptive analysis (sensory Analysis) and consumer testing (such as preference test) and so on. 3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 10221 and established the following terms and definitions apply to this part of the GB/T 23470 of.
