This section identical with IEC 60317-15:2004 "Product of winding wires Part 15. Polyester enamelled round aluminum Line "3.0 version (in English).

1 Scope

This section GB/T 23312 specifies the general requirements for single lacquer polyester resin-based imide 180 enamelled round aluminum wire. Such as Chemical properties to retain the original resin and meet all the requirements of the provisions of enameled wire, the resin can be modified.

NOTE. chemically-modified resin is a variation of, or contain one or more additives to improve certain properties of the resin or its usage characteristics.

180 represents the thermal level, requires a minimum temperature index of 180, the thermal shock temperature of at least 200 °C.
