This document provides illustrations of auxiliary sensory inspection atlases for three oilseeds. soybean, peanut and rapeseed. This document is suitable for assisting in the sensory inspection of soybeans, peanuts and rapeseed.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB 1352, GB/T 1532, GB/T 11762 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Assistant atlas for sensory inspection Clear pictures with text descriptions for sensory testing.

4.1 Classification

4.1.1 According to GB 1352, soybeans are classified into yellow soybeans, green soybeans, black soybeans, other soybeans, and mixed soybeans according to the color of their skin. Soybeans are divided into green-skinned green-kernel soybeans and green-skinned yellow-kernel soybeans according to the color of their cotyledons. Black soybeans are divided into black-skinned green-kernel soybeans and black Soybean with yellow skin and kernel.
