This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document is Part 3 of GB/T 22200 "Reliability of Low-Voltage Electrical Appliances". GB/T 22200 has already published the following parts.

3.Reliability Test Methods for Overload Relays;

4.Reliability test methods for overcurrent protection circuit breakers used in household and similar applications;

5.Reliability Test Methods for Residual Current Operated Circuit Breakers for Household and Similar Purposes;

6.Reliability Test Methods for Contactor Relays;

7.Test methods for contactor reliability. This document replaces GB /Z 22204-2016 "Reliability Test Methods for Overload Relays". Compared with GB /Z 22204-2016, except for the following. Aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---The "Level 2" protection success rate level has been removed, and a "Level 6" has been added (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2016 edition);

---Added a rapid overload protection test method to the reliability testing methods (see 5.1.5);

---The sampling scheme for the overload relay success rate verification test in Table 2 has been modified, narrowing the recommended range for the allowable number of failures Ac (see Table 2). 6.1 (

---Appendix C has been revised, removing "Service Life" and adding "Reliable Service Life" and "Mean Service Life" (see Appendix C,.2016 edition). C).
