1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted. This document is part 4 of GB/T 21944 "Silicon Carbide Special Products Reaction Sintered Silicon Carbide Kiln Furniture". GB/T 21944 has The following sections were published.

4.Burner Cover", Compared with GB/T 21944.4-2009, in addition to structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Modified normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2009 edition);

b) Changed the product code (see 4.1,

3.1 of the.2009 edition);

c) Added the specifications and dimensions of the bottle-shaped No. 2 burner sleeve and the special-shaped No. 1 burner sleeve (see Table 2 and Table 5);

d) Changed the product mark (see 4.2,

3.2 of the.2009 edition);

e) The requirements for chemical composition have been changed (see 5.1,

4.1 of the.2009 edition);

f) Changed the detection method of chemical composition (see 6.1,

1 Scope

GB/T 21944.4-2022 is the Chinese national standard on special products of silicon carbide - kiln furniture of reaction bonded silicon carbide - part 4: burner nozzles, in the field of manufacturing engineering. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 11 July 2022 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 February 2023. This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation of reactive sintered silicon carbide burner sleeves and storage. This document applies to the reaction sintered silicon carbide burner sleeves whose operating temperature is not higher than 1350°C.
