Introduction
The pantograph draws current from the overhead contact line to supply electrical energy to the train. The quality of the connection between the pantograph and the contact line directly affects the train's traction.
The quality and reliability of the current draw are crucial. If the pantograph and contact wire are poorly matched, resulting in a large electric arc, it will not only affect the quality of the current draw but also...
Insufficient pantograph output will also exacerbate wear on the contact wire, reducing the service life of the contact network. When the pantograph is damaged, it may also scrape the contact network, leading to pantograph-contact line breakdown.
Accidents endanger train safety. GB/T 21561 "Characteristics and Tests of Pantographs for Rail Transit Locomotives and Rolling Stock" aims to improve the quality of pantograph products.
The project is designed, manufactured, and inspected to ensure its applicability and completeness, and to more effectively guarantee the safety of train operation. It is proposed to consist of four parts.
---Part 1: Pantographs of Locomotives and Rolling Stock. The purpose is to specify the general characteristics of pantographs of locomotives and rolling stock for drawing current from the overhead contact system.
Tests should be performed on the pantograph and receiver (excluding insulators).
---Part 2: Pantographs for Urban and Light Rail Vehicles. The purpose is to specify the pantographs for urban and light rail vehicles from which to collect power from the overhead contact system.
The general characteristics of the current and the tests that should be performed on the pantograph (excluding the insulator).
---Part 3: Pantograph-Roller Car Interface. The purpose is to specify the mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical interfaces between the pantograph and the locomotive/roller car.
Require.
---Part 4: Pantograph Interface with Urban Rail and Suburban Rail Vehicles. The purpose is to specify the interface layout between the pantograph and urban rail vehicles.
Requirements for the placement, mechanical interface, air circuit interface, electrical interface, and valve plate.
