Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 20292-2006 "Test Method for Performance of Household Tumble Dryers". This standard and GB/T 20292-2006

Compared to the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Added in Chapter 1 "Note. This standard also applies to tumble dryers for commercial use in apartments or self-service laundry rooms.

This document does not apply to tumble dryers for commercial laundry";

--- Chapter 2 added IEC 60335-2-11.2008, IEC 62301.2011 and other normative references;

--- Change the title of Chapter 3 to "terms and definitions, symbols" and add in 3.1. "test load", "single test", "series test

Recorded "very dry method" and Appendix D (normative appendix) "preparation of water".

This standard uses the translation method equivalent to the IEC 61121.2012 "Household Drum Dryer Performance Test Method".

1 Scope

This standard applies to automatic or non-automatic household electric rolling with or without cold water source and with or without heating elements.

Tub dryer. This standard does not apply to tumble dryers that use flammable gases or other fuels as a heat source.

This standard specifies and defines the main performance characteristics and test methods for household and similar drum dryers.

Note. This standard also applies to tumble dryers for commercial use in apartments or self-service laundry rooms. This standard does not apply to drums for commercial laundry
