This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document supersedes GB/T 19982-2005 "Spindle Diameter at the Installation Location of Circular Saw Blade on Woodworking Machine Tools" and is consistent with GB/T 19982-2005. Compared to previous versions, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

1 Scope

GB/T 19982-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the spindle diameters a circular saw blade may be bored for - the preferred series and their tolerances, so that a blade fits the machine it is bought for and runs true on it. Issued on 31 October 2025, it has been in force since 1 May 2026, replacing GB/T 19982-2005.

This document specifies the diameter and tolerances of the spindle (including bushing) on a woodworking machine tool for mounting circular saw blades. This document applies to the design and manufacture of woodworking machine spindles that mount circular saw blades.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21680-2008, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.

3.1 A thin, circular sheet-like object with saw teeth or welded teeth machined onto the outer circumference of the saw body, mounted on a woodworking circular saw or other woodworking machine tool. Knives.

3.2 The diameter of the spindle or bushing at the location where the woodworking circular saw blade is installed on the machine tool.

4.Woodworking circular saw blade installation type The mounting configuration of the woodworking circular saw blade on the machine tool spindle is shown in Figure 1.

5.Spindle diameter at the saw blade location The dimensions of the woodworking circular saw blade conform to the requirements of GB/T 21680-2008, and the spindle diameter at the mounting point of the circular saw blade is shown in Table 1. Other dimensions are subject to the agreement between the supplier and the buyer in the contract, with a tolerance requirement of g6.
