Foreword

GB/T 1981 "for electrical insulation paint" is divided into the following sections.

--- Part 5. Fast energy-curable melamine alkyd varnish this section GB/T 1981 Part 3.

This section identical with IEC 60464-3-2:2001 "Electrical insulating paints - Part 3. Specifications for individual materials Sheet 2. Hot curing Varnish "and the first Amendment (2006) (in English).

This part of IEC 60464-3-2:2001 (including Amendment 1, 2006) compared to editorial differences are as follows.

a) Remove the IEC 60464-3-2. The "Purchase contract should include the name of the material," the provisions of Chapter 3, 2001;

b) If necessary, press the Edit formats GB/T 1.1 slightly modified, suspended section in Chapter 5 is about 5.1 as the beginning of the "General", the Reg No. postponed;

c) Remove the IEC 60464-3-2:2001's "References" section, the criteria listed therein under the "normative references" Chapter.

This Part replaces GB/T 11027-1999 "insulating varnishes containing solvent specifications for individual materials for thermal curing impregnating varnishes requirements." this portion of the GB/T 11027-1999 compared, the main differences are as follows.

a) classification of different names, no further distinguish each type soft type and hard type;

b) editing format, the technical requirements for the type appears no longer to form, but in the reg type listed.

This part is proposed by the China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association.

This part of the National Standardization Technical Committee of the insulating material (SAC/TC51) centralized.

1 Scope

GB/T 1981 provisions of this part of the heat-curable varnish general requirements, including some high-temperature performance requirements.

This section applies to hot curing impregnating varnishes.
