Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document is Part 1 of GB/T 19599 "Test Methods for Fishing Net Sheets". GB/T 19599 has already published the following parts.
2.Mesh Size This document replaces GB/T 19599.1-2004 "Test Methods for Synthetic Fiber Fishing Net Sheets - Net Weight", and is consistent with GB/T 19599.1- Compared to.2004, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
---The experimental project has been removed (see Chapter 4 of the.2004 edition);
---Added temperature and humidity measuring instruments, drying oven, balance, sample containers, weighing boxes, and desiccators (see 4.1, 4.3);
---Added samples (see Chapter 5);
---The test conditions and the measurement of temperature and humidity have been added (see 6.1, 6.2);
---The determination of mesh tolerances has been revised (see 6.3.2,
6.2 in the.2004 edition);
---Experimental data processing has been added (see Chapter 7). Please note that some content in this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document assumes no responsibility for identifying patents. ---First published in.2004 as GB/T 19599.1-2004;
---This is the first revision.
Fishing gear materials refer to the materials used directly to assemble fishing gear, mainly including fishing net lines, fishing net sheets, fishing ropes, floats, and sinkers. Materials. The testing methods for fishing net sheets aim to standardize the terminology and definitions, instruments and equipment, samples, test procedures, and test numbers related to net quality and size. According to the processing and testing reports, the standard testing methods for fishing net sheets meet the quality testing requirements for net sheet materials, promoting production, trade, and scientific research. The event proceeded smoothly. Due to differences in mesh quality and size, different testing equipment, procedures, and data processing were used, affecting the scale of related industries. The scale is enormous, and the industry is accustomed to testing them separately. High-quality development of fisheries requires a corresponding standardized system for fishing gear and materials. GB/T 19599, "Test Methods for Fishing Net Sheets," aims to standardize the test methods for the quality and dimensions of fishing net sheets, in order to facilitate net sheet monitoring. Management, production, trade, testing, evaluation, and cooperation and exchange provide technological support for the development of the netting industry, and contribute to modern fisheries such as deep-sea aquaculture. High-quality development is proposed to consist of the following two parts.
1 Scope
GB/T 19599.1-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering the mass per unit area of netting - the figure a net is bought and specified by, measured under the pre-tension of GB/T 6965 and after conditioning, since the fibre absorbs water. 01 State Administration for Market Regulation The State Administration for Standardization issued a statement.
4 Instruments and Equipment
4.1 Temperature and humidity measuring instruments Temperature accuracy is no greater than 0.5°C, relative humidity accuracy is no greater than 3%, and it has continuous recording function.
4.2 Metric scales or weighing instruments The accuracy should be no less than Class III, and the scale division value should be no greater than 1% of the actual measured quality of the mesh.
4.3 Oven, balance, sample containers, weighing boxes and desiccator Comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB/T 6503-2017.
5 Samples
5.1 Measured Mass of Sample Under the same processing conditions, 100 pieces of the same type and specification of wire mesh constitute a batch, and fewer than 100 pieces also constitute a batch. From each batch of wire mesh... One piece may be randomly selected as a sample for actual quality testing of the mesh, or a sample may be taken according to the method agreed upon by both parties in the contract.
5.2 Measured Moisture Regain of Samples Immediately after the actual mass of the sample mesh is measured, a sample of approximately 50g is cut from the center of the sample packaged in a folded or rolled manner. One. With the mutual agreement of both parties, a fishing net line of the same material and specification as the sample net may be used, or a fishing net woven from that line may be used in a manner identical to the sample net. Approximately 50g of sample material was placed in the center of a folded or rolled-up packaged sample and allowed to equilibrate naturally for at least 24 hours to obtain the measured return of the mesh. Moisture content of the sample.
6 Experimental Procedure
6.1 Test Conditions The sample should be conditioned for 48 hours under the atmospheric conditions specified in SC/T 5014 before the test.
6.2 Measurement of temperature and humidity Use temperature and humidity measuring instruments to measure the ambient temperature and humidity of the test site.
6.3 Determination of wire mesh quality
6.3.1 Determination of Actual Mass The mesh sample was weighed using a metric weighing instrument.
6.3.2 Determination of mesh dimensions The measured moisture regain of the wire mesh shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of GB/T 6503-2017, and the wire mesh mass shall be calculated in accordance with 7.2.2.
7 Experimental Data Processing
7.1 General Rules The actual measured quality and allowable dimensions of the wire mesh are generally measured once (see
6.3.1 and 6.3.2). However, with the mutual agreement of both parties, the wire mesh quality may be measured separately. The quality can be measured three times under agreed-upon environmental conditions, and the result is taken as the arithmetic mean of the three measurements. This should be stated in the test report. Ming. The calculation of various values for mesh quality is shown in
7.2.1 and 7.2.2.
7.2 Mesh Quality
7.2.1 Actual Measured Quality The measured mass results are in kilograms (kg) and are retained to three significant figures.
7.2.2 Mesh Size The netting weight is calculated using formula (1), and the result is expressed in kilograms (kg) and rounded to three significant figures. This is agreed upon by both parties to the contract. The measured moisture regain of the wire mesh can be provided by the manufacturer of the wire mesh sample, but it must be stated in the test report.
