3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1

A mixture of oxidizer and combustible agent that produces a pyrotechnic effect when burned or exploded.

Note. "Fireworks effect" refers to the phenomenon that occurs when fireworks burn or explode, producing light, sound, color, gas, smoke, and other effects, as well as forming various patterns.
