Scope
GB/T 19273-2017 is the English-translated version of 企业标准化工作 评价与改进.
GB/T 19273-2017 describes how the standardization work of an enterprise is evaluated and then improved. It belongs to the Chinese series on enterprise standardization together with GB/T 15496, GB/T 15497, GB/T 15498 and GB/T 35778.

It replaces GB/T 19273-2003, was issued on 29 December 2017 and has applied since 1 July 2018.

Foreword
GB/T 19273 "Evaluation and Improvement of Enterprise Standardization Work" is one of the series of standards for enterprise standardization. The standard structure of this series as follows.
--- GB/T 15496 enterprise standard system requirements;
--- GB/T 15497 enterprise standard system product realization;
--- GB/T 15498 enterprise standard system of basic protection;
--- GB/T 19273 standardization of business evaluation and improvement;
--- GB/T 35778 Enterprise Standardization Guide.
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 19273-2003 "enterprise standard system evaluation and improvement." This standard and GB/T 19273-2003 phase Than the main changes are as follows.
--- Expand the scope of the object of evaluation, evaluation throughout the enterprise standardization work is not limited to the standard system;
--- Further clarified the standard applies to self-evaluation of enterprises and third-party evaluation, the second party can refer to the implementation (see Chapter 1);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the evaluation and improvement of enterprise standardization terms and definitions, principles and basis, basic requirements, planning, implementation, the results And manage and improve the requirements.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 15496-2017, GB/T 20001.1-2001 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Enterprise self-evaluation; first-party evaluation
The activities undertaken by the enterprise to determine the extent to which its standardization has achieved its stated objectives.
3.2 Second-party evaluation
The activities of the user or purchaser to determine the extent to which the standardization of the business meets the stated objectives.
3.3 Third-party evaluation
Institutional activities independent of first and second parties to determine the extent to which corporate standardization has achieved its stated objectives.
4 Principles and basis
4.1 Evaluation principles
Evaluation of the standardization of enterprises should follow the following principles.
