Scope

GB/T 19212.9-2016 is the English-translated version of 变压器、电抗器、电源装置及其组合的安全 第9部分:电铃和电钟用变压器及电源装置的特殊要求和试验.

GB/T 19212.9-2016 — This clause of GB/T 19212.1-2016 is replaced by the following. This part of GB/T 19212 specifies the safety of the bells and bells and the power supply of the bells and bells begging.

Transformers with electronic circuits are also included in this section. Note 1. Safety requirements include electrical, temperature and mechanical aspects. Unless otherwise specified, the following "transformers" include bell and bell transformers and power supply devices with bells and bells.

This part applies to stand-alone, single-phase, air-cooled (self-cooling or air-cooled), independent or supporting dry-type transformers. The windings can be Encapsulated or non-encapsulated.

This standard applies to transformers and power supply units (linear). This part is used in conjunction with GB 19212.17 switch type power supply unit. It is also suitable for power supply with internal operating frequency exceeding 500Hz.

Set. When the requirements of the two standards are inconsistent, the more stringent standards are preferred. Rated power supply voltage does not exceed AC 250V, rated power frequency does not exceed 500Hz.

This standard applies to the internal operating frequency is not super Over 500Hz transformer and linear power supply device. Rated output should not exceed 100VA.

No-load output voltage does not exceed AC 33V or no ripple DC 46V, rated output voltage does not exceed AC 24V or no ripple DC 33V. Bell and bell transformers are usually scheduled for power supply for short-term, heavy-duty household electroacoustic signal devices and other similar devices.

Note 2. Partial load can be used as illumination. This standard does not apply to external circuits and components that are intended to be connected to the input and output terminals of the transformer.

When the installation procedure or the final product standard requirements between the circuit for the double insulation or reinforced insulation, you can use this part of the change Pressure device.

Note 3. Normally, the transformer is intended to be used in conjunction with the equipment to meet the functional requirements of the equipment to provide a different voltage from the supply voltage.

Its electric shock the protection may be provided (or improved) by means of other components of the supplied equipment, such as a housing. The components of the output circuit can be connected to the input circuit or guaranteed Protect the ground.

This part applies to transformers with special equipment, the scope of which is determined by the relevant standards. Note 4.

The following should be noted. - to avoid the shell and the shell components such as mold, pests, termites, daily radiation and ice and other external protective measures should also be considered; --- Transformer transport, storage and work of the different conditions should also be considered; - Additional requirements for other suitable standards and national procedures may be used for transformers intended for use in special environments, such as tropical environments.

Note 5. With the development of transformer technology in the future, it may be necessary to increase the upper limit of the transformer frequency. By that time, this part can be used as a guide.

This part is part 9 of GB/T 19212. This part is based on GB/T 19212.1-2016, which is required Used in conjunction with GB/T 19212.1-2016. This part is the GB/T 19212.1-2016 the corresponding chapter, the article to add and modify, in order to convert the contents of GB/T 19212.1-2016 into the contents of this section. This section adds new to GB/T 19212.1-2016 the contents are numbered starting from 101.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This section replaces GB 19212.9-2007 "Safety of power transformers, power supply units and similar products Part 9. Bells and clocks Transformer special requirements ". Compared with GB 19212.9-2007, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Standard name changed to "Safety of transformers, reactors, power supply units and their combinations Part 9. Bell and bell transformers and electrical Special requirements and tests for source devices ";

- Added the provisions of Chapter 1 (see Chapter 1);

- the definition of the term "bell and bell transformer" has been modified (see 3.1.101);

- the term "normal operation" and its definition are deleted (see 2007 edition 3.102);

- the provisions of the rated output voltage limit for independent transformers are added (see 6.101);

- amended by means of work (see 7.5);

- the provisions of the heat test method have been modified (see 14.1);

- modified the application of the supply voltage for the short circuit test (see 15.101);

- to modify and increase the structure of the provisions (see Chapter 19);

- Appendix C and Appendix D were deleted (see Appendix C and Appendix D for the 2007 edition);
