This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 19212.13-2005 "Safety of power transformers, power supply units and similar products - Part 13: Constant pressure change The special requirements of the press, compared with GB/T 19212.13-2005, the main changes are as follows.

This chapter of GB/T 19212.1-2016 is replaced by the following.

---10kVA, for single-phase constant voltage safety isolating transformer;

---16kVA, for multiphase constant voltage safety isolating transformer.

This part also applies to transformers without rated output limits if the purchaser agrees with the manufacturer.

Note 2. This range does not include transformers intended for use in distribution networks.

The following applies to constant voltage autotransformers.

---No-load output voltage or rated output voltage does not exceed AC 1000V or no ripple DC 1415V, and for independent constant voltage Autotransformer, no-load output voltage and rated output voltage exceeds AC 50V or ripple-free DC 120V.

--- The constant voltage autotransformer included in this section is only applicable to the installation procedure or the final product standard does not require insulation between the circuits.
