Introduction
This section will allow the use of fully insulated winding wires (FIW wires) in a switched-mode power supply unit (SMPS).
Manufacturers should be aware that the FIW line may be damaged during production and transportation.
1 Scope
This chapter of GB/T 19212.1-2016 is replaced by the following.
This part of GB/T 19212 specifies the safety requirements for transformers for switched-mode power supplies and switch-mode power supplies. With electronics Line transformers are also included in this section.
Note 1. Safety requirements include electrical, temperature and mechanical aspects.
This section applies to.
a) Built-in safety isolating transformer, providing AC or DC SELV in accordance with GB/T 17045 and GB/T 16895.21, PELV or FELV output voltage or some combination of output voltages, switches for household and other consumer products Type power supply unit, except for products included in GB 8898, IEC 61347 series, IEC 61204-7 and GB 4943.1;
b) Switching type for household and other consumer products with a maximum output voltage not exceeding 1000V AC or 1414V without ripple DC Power supply unit, but the products included in item a), GB 8898, IEC 61347 series, IEC 61204-7 and GB 4943.1 contain Except for products;
c) This section can be used with transformers used in switch-mode power supplies (see Appendix BB).
The security requirements contained in this section are for.
--- Corresponding to the general purpose separation SMPS of GB/T 19212.2;
--- Corresponding to the general purpose isolation SMPS of GB/T 19212.5;
--- Corresponding to the general purpose safety isolation SMPS of GB/T 19212.7;
--- Corresponding to the general purpose auto-coupled SMPS of GB/T 19212.14.
For SMPS corresponding to other parts of the GB/T 19212 series, the corresponding requirements apply. In addition, the requirements listed in this section Also applies. When the two standards are inconsistent, the more stringent criteria are preferred.
Note 2. Since the highest rated supply voltage of the internal transformer is 1000V, the highest rated supply voltage of the switched-mode power supply may be due to the rectification method. Lower.
This section contains stand-up or mobile, single-phase or multi-phase, air-cooled (self-cooling or air-cooled), stand-alone or matching switch-type power supply units.
The rated power supply voltage does not exceed 1100V AC, the rated power supply frequency does not exceed 500Hz, and the rated internal working frequency exceeds 500Hz, but No more than 100MHz, rated output not exceeding 1kVA or 1kW, built-in dry-type transformer with enclosed winding or non-encapsulated winding.
The rated output of the matching transformer for the switch-type power supply unit included in Appendix BB of this part shall not exceed.
--- For single-phase transformers, 25kVA;
--- For multiphase transformers, 40kVA.
Note 3. Additional requirements are required for higher frequencies, but this section can be used as a guide.
The no-load output voltage or rated output voltage of the switched-mode power supply unit does not exceed.
--- When using a separation transformer or autotransformer, it is AC 1000V or no ripple DC 1415V;
--- When using an isolation transformer, it is AC 500V or no ripple DC 708V;
