--- Added two chapters "normative references" and "terms and definitions";

The technical differences between this document and UN/CEFACT Recommendation No. 28, Rev. 4.2, and their reasons, are as follows.

This document specifies the code structure and representation of means of transport types.

This document applies to the representation of means of transport type codes during information exchange and processing.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
