GB/T 18494.1-2014 (Convertor transformers -- Part 1: Transformers for industrial applications) is available as an English-translated PDF.
GB/T 18494.1-2014 — This section GB/T 18494 specifies the technical requirements for the assembly of power transformers and reactors in the semiconductor converter device, provided Design and test, this section does not apply to conventional AC power distribution transformers.
This part of the power converter is suitable for any size of typical applications are. electrolysis thyristor rectifier diode rectifier electrolysis, large Driving power thyristor rectifier, thyristor rectifier waste furnace and a variable speed drive inverter with diode rectifier.
This section is also applicable for the buck regulator or autotransformer regulator unit. Highest voltage for equipment not exceeding valve winding 40.5kV. This section does not apply to HVDC transformers.
While complete sets of equipment standards converter (such as GB/T 3859 or other standards related to particular application) may include converter transformers, A variety of performance assurance and testing requirements (such as insulation, loss) auxiliary transformers and reactors, including the entire device, but this part is still appropriate as for the converter equipment of the transformer itself, guarantee performance and test requirements.
Guaranteed value, run and type testing under this Part, both suitable for use as a component in the converter transformer equipment, but also for Converter equipment used transformers ordered separately.
Any additional or special value to ensure verification should be especially in the transformer order contract Instructions. This section refers to the converter transformer may be a liquid immersion type may also be dry.
In addition to meeting the provisions of this section, for immersion variant Pressure is also in line with GB 1094 series of standards; for dry-type transformers shall comply with GB 1094.11.
NOTE. You may use the standard design of distribution transformers in some conventional converter devices in use may need to reduce capacity. This relates to the design of specialized it means the technical requirements of this section without special provisions.
However, the formula can be given from the press as well as 6.2 GB/T 13499 to calculate conventional transformer Reducing the value of the capacity. This section applies to a tank with one or more of the body of [voltage regulator (auto) transformers and one (or two) rectifier transformer] Transformer.
Also applies to a band (or more) saturable reactor and (or) phase transformer. For other combinations not listed above, to identify and measure the total loss for an agreed upon by both parties.
This section applies to the Y junction, D knots and other phase-shifting transformer coupling (such as Z junction, join the Yanbian triangle, polygon links, etc.). shift Phase windings may be provided or regulating transformer rectifier transformer.
