This Part replaces GB/T 18391.5-2001 "Information technology - Specification and standardization of data elements - Part 5. Data element name and identification principles. " this section compared with the GB/T 18391.5-2001 The main changes are as follows.

--- Name changed to. "Information technology - Metadata registries (MDR) - Part 5. Naming and identification principles";

--- Terms and Definitions section Added "key management", "Naming Conventions" and other terms, and delete the "Registry identifier", "version logo Fu "and other terms;

--- Delete the original standard Chapter 7, "classification vocabularies Application Guide";

--- Appendix A adds a number of examples to illustrate the principles of naming and logo, the original Appendix B to the "Asian language naming convention example" Appendix C of the original is deleted.

1 Scope

GB/T 18391 in this section gives the following naming and identity management items explanatory. data element concepts, conceptual domains, data elements and range.
