Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 18113-2010 "Lanthanum Chromate High Temperature Electric Heating Element". Compared with GB/T 18113-2010, except for structural adjustments In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The normative references have been changed (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2010 edition);

b) The terms and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2010 edition);

c) Changed the product brand representation method, added LaCrO-14-45-16, LaCrO-16-55-26, LaCrO-18-65-33, Four grades of LaCrO-22-90-58 (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2010 edition);

d) The requirements for product appearance quality have been changed, and the requirements for "flexural strength" and "chemical composition" of products have been added (see Chapter 5,.2010 Chapter 4 of the edition);

e) The test methods for product "service life" and "flexural strength" have been added (see 6.3, 6.4);

f) The test items of product "flexural strength" have been added (see 7.3);

g) Added accompanying documents (see 8.3);

h) An informative Appendix A has been added (see Appendix A).

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and designation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, and transportation of lanthanum chromate high-temperature electric heating elements. Import, store and accompany documents.

This document applies to lanthanum chromate high-temperature electric heating elements (hereinafter referred to as products) made by powder metallurgy, for use in assembling ultra-high-temperature electric furnaces.
