--- Part 7. Parts. This part is the sixth part of GB/T 1796. This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This part replaces GB/T 1796.6-2008 "Tire Valves Part 6. Valve Cores", compared with GB/T 1796.6-2008, The main technical changes are as follows:

---Modified the total length of the valve core H01S and the width of the H01 core beam (see Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 1, Figure 2 of the.2008 edition);

--- Revised the total length of the valve core H02S type and the width of the H02 core beam (see Figure 3, Figure 4, Figure 3, Figure 4 of the.2008 edition);

---Modified the dimensions in the H03C valve core diagram (see Figure 5, Figure 5 of the.2008 edition);

--- Removed the "SR" in the H05C valve core diagram (see Figure 7, Figure 7 of the.2008 version);

--- Added H06C valve core (see Figure 8);

--- Added H07C valve core (see Figure 9);

1 Scope

GB/T 1796.6-2018 is the Chinese national standard on tyre valves - part 6:cores, in the field of rubber and plastic industries. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 28 December 2018 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 November 2019. This part of GB/T 1796 specifies the type designation, structure type, part material and screw of the tire valve core (hereinafter referred to as the valve core). 3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 12839 apply to this document.

4 Model mark

The type designation of the product shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 21285.

5 Structure type

All linear dimensions in this section are in millimeters. The structural form of the valve core should conform to the requirements of Figures 1 to 9.
