Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required.

This document replaces GB/T 16981-2008 "Basic contents to be included in the specification sheet of information technology office equipment copiers" and Compared with GB/T 16981-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Changed the scope, the standard object is based on the copy machine, and multi-function equipment is added (see Chapter 1, 2008 Edition Chapter 1);

--- Added "Terms and Definitions" and deleted "Conformity Requirements" (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2008 edition);

--- Changed "Contents to be included in the specification sheet" (see Chapter 4, Chapter 5 of the 2008 edition);

--- Added "Specification Sheet" example guide (see Chapter 5);

--- Changed the normative references in the specification table (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2008 edition);

--- The original "Test and Measurement Conditions" and specification table were incorporated into "Test Methods", and the content of the specification table was changed (see Chapter 6, Table 1 of the 2008 edition).

This document is modified to adopt ISO/IEC 21117:2012 "Information Technology Office Equipment Copiers and Multifunction Devices Specification Sheets" Basic contents and related test methods.

This document has the following structural adjustments compared to ISO/IEC 21117:2012.

--- Added a chapter on "Terms and Definitions" and the chapter numbering is postponed accordingly.

The technical differences between this document and ISO/IEC 21117:2012 and their reasons are as follows.

--- Added the standards for national deviations in the "Safety Rules" (see 1.33 of Table 1), and clarified the standards for national deviations in the safety rules standards, making it easier to use and implement this document.

--- Changed the reference documents of "Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)" and replaced them with the applicable national standards GB/T 9254.1-2021 and GB 17625.1-2022 (see Table 1). IEC 60950-1 referenced in ISO/IEC 21117:2012 corresponds to GB 4943.1-2011 has been abolished. The latest version is GB 4943.1-2022.However, GB 4943.1-2022 is not applicable to this document, GB 9254-2008 corresponding to CISPR22.2006 has been abolished, and the latest version is GB/T 9254.1-2021.

--- Changed the reference document for noise value identification, replacing "ISO 9296:1988" with "ISO 9296:2017" (see Table 1 1.36, 1.36 of Table 1 of ISO/IEC 21117:2012). ISO 9296:1988 version referenced in ISO/IEC 21117:2012 this version has been abolished, ISO 9296:2017 is the latest version.

--- Changed the reference documents for measuring sound power level and sound pressure level, replacing "ISO 7779:2010" with "ISO 7779:2018" (see

Table 1, 1.36, ISO/IEC 21117:2012 Table 1, 1.36), ISO 7779 referenced in ISO/IEC 21117:2012.

The.2010 version has been abolished and ISO 7779:2018 is the latest version.

The following editorial changes were made to this document.

--- As the title of clause 6.2 is the same as that of Chapter 6, add "specification table items and related" before the title of clause 6.2;

--- In Table 1, due to the lack of serial number 3.3.7, "3.3.8" is changed to "3.3.7", and the subsequent 3.3.9~3.3.12 are postponed accordingly;

--- In Appendices A to I, "Date of filling in the form (month, day, year)" should be changed to "Date of filling in the form (year, month, day)" when translated into Chinese.

1 Scope

This document specifies the information listed in the specification sheets for electrostatic imaging copiers and multifunction devices.

This document is intended for purchasers and users to compare the features of different models of copiers and multifunction devices so that they can better select the one that best suits their needs.
