Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 16719-1996 "bi-oriented polystyrene (BOPS) sheet." This standard compared with GB/T 16719-1996, the main changes are as follows:

--- The "Categories" to "Specifications", will be adjusted to a thickness ranging from 0.100mm ~ 0.700mm;

--- Increasing the terms and definitions;

--- The width deviation is adjusted to 0mm ~ + 2mm;

--- Cancellation of the product classification;

--- In a standard

5.3 in Chapter 5, "physical and mechanical properties," added the "anti-fogging" of the project;

--- In a standard Chapter 7 increased 7.1 "Batching and sampling";

--- Removed "Appendix A". This standard by the National Packaging Standardization Technical Committee and centralized. This standard was drafted. Ningbo Dongsheng Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. This standard specifies the biaxially oriented polystyrene (BOPS) sheet (hereinafter referred to as sheet) product specifications, technical requirements, test methods, Inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to polystyrene resin as the main raw material, made of extruded through two-way stretch with a flat sheet membrane.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

3.1 Longitudinally continuous small die pattern.

3.2 Thickness deviation due to accumulation resulting sheet after rolling to produce uneven.

3.3 Appearing naked eye can be observed on a sheet of black spots, white spots, impurities, stiff block, crystal points.

4 Specifications

Thickness of the sheet is 0.100mm ~ 0.700mm. Special specifications, agreed upon by both parties.

5.1 Size deviation

5.1.1 width deviation The deviation of the width of the sheet 0mm ~ + 2mm.
