Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. This standard replaces GB/T 15746.1-1995 "auto repair qualitative assessment for vehicle repair", GB/T 15746.2- 1995 "auto repair engine overhaul QA assessment standards" and GB/T 15746.3-1995 "auto repair QA assessment standard Quasi-body overhaul. " This standard incorporates GB/T 15746.1-1995, GB/T 15746.2-1995 and GB/T 15746.3-1995 relevant content, The main technical changes in addition to editorial changes outside as follows:

--- Clear standard scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 1995 edition);

--- Cancel some of the terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Section 3 of the 1995 edition);

--- Chapter 4, the title was changed to "assessment requirements", according to the content of automobile, engine and body repair quality are expressed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 1995 edition);

--- The "fundamental overhaul inspection and assessment of technical documentation" to "file maintenance assessment" (see 4.1.1,

4.2.1 and 4.3 1, 1995 edition 4.1);

--- In evaluation rules, whether or not to increase the verification of project eligibility determination principle (see 5.2);

--- Added "key items" for the item veto provisions (see 5.3);

--- Cancel the appendix "inspection methods and means" and "evaluation method" column (see the 1995 edition of Appendix A and Appendix B);

1 Scope

GB/T 15746-2011 is the Chinese national standard on the method of qualitative assessment for vehicle repair. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 20 July 2011 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 December 2011.
