Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 15746.1-1995 "auto repair qualitative assessment for vehicle repair", GB/T 15746.2-1995 "auto repair engine overhaul QA assessment standards" and GB/T 15746.3-1995 "auto repair QA assessment standard Quasi-body overhaul. " this standard incorporates GB/T 15746.1-1995, GB/T 15746.2-1995 and GB/T 15746.3-1995 relevant content, the main technical changes in addition to editorial changes outside as follows.

--- Clear standard scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 1995 edition);

--- Cancel some of the terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Section 3 of the 1995 edition);

--- Chapter 4, the title was changed to "assessment requirements", according to the content of automobile, engine and body repair quality are expressed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 1995 edition);

--- The "fundamental overhaul inspection and assessment of technical documentation" to "file maintenance assessment" (see 4.1.1,4.2.1 and 4.3 1, 1995 edition 4.1);

--- In evaluation rules, whether or not to increase the verification of project eligibility determination principle (see 5.2);

--- Added "key items" for the item veto provisions (see 5.3);

--- The "correction factor" to "weighting coefficient", the abolition of the correction factor of key items (see 54, 1995 version 5.4.);

--- Modified automobile repair quality assessment of the technical requirements (see Appendix A, GB/T 15746.1-1995 Annex A and Annex Record B);

--- Modified car engine repair quality assessment of the technical requirements (see Appendix B, GB/T 15746.2-1995 Annex A and Annex Record B);

--- Modify the auto body repair quality assessment of the technical requirements (see Appendix C, GB/T 15746.3-1995 Annex A and Annex Record B).

1 Scope

This standard specifies requirements for evaluation and assessment rules auto repair quality inspections.

This standard applies to automobile, engine and body repair industry quality inspection.
