Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required.

This document replaces GB/T 15723-1995 Laboratory Glassware Desiccant.

In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

Changed the scope (see Chapter 1 of the 1995 edition);-Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);-Added the common dryer specifications of 400 mm and 450 mm (see 4.2);

Added vacuum dryer specifications of 300 mm, 350 mm, and 400 mm (see 4.2);

Changed the structure type and specifications (see Chapter 5, Appendix A of the 1995 edition); -the requirements for frosted adhesion have been changed (see 6.2.4, 4.2.4 of the 1995 edition); -the appearance requirements have been changed (see 6.3, 4.3 of the 1995 edition); -Added optical uniformity requirements (see 6.2.5);-the shape requirements have been changed (see 6.4, 4.4 of the 1995 edition); -the width of the ground surface and the maximum fit tolerance of the ground surface have been changed (see 6.5, 4.5 of the 1995 edition); -Appendix A has been deleted (see Appendix A of the 1995 edition). -this document is modified to adopt ISO 13130:2011 "Laboratory glassware dryers".

Compared with ISO 13130:2011, this document has many structural adjustments. The structural number comparison table between the two documents is shown in Appendix A.

This document has many technical differences compared to ISO 13130:2011.

A list of these technical differences and their reasons is given in Appendix B.

1 Scope

This document specifies the product classification, structural type and specifications, technical requirements, inspection rules and standards of laboratory glassware dryers.

labeling, packaging, transportation and storage, and describes the test methods.

This document applies to the production, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ordinary dryers and vacuum dryers.

A desiccator for storing items under vacuum.
