Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 15328-2009 "Common V-belt fatigue test method without torque method". With GB/T 15328-2009 in addition to the editorial changes, the main technical requirements are changed as follows:

--- Revised the test pulley size (see 4.1, 2009 version 4.1);

--- Revised the description of the material requirements for the test pulley (see 4.2, 4.2 of the 2009 edition);

--- Revised the description of the surface roughness requirements on both sides of the wheel groove (see 4.3, 4.3 of the 2009 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the fatigue test method for testing ordinary V-belts for industrial use under conditions where the laboratory does not apply torque.

This standard is applicable to the A-type and B-type ring-shaped ordinary V-belts (hereinafter referred to as "V-belts") used in general transmissions.

3 Devices

The fatigue testing machine (see Figure 1) is a two-wheel testing machine. Includes a drive wheel and its drive, a driven wheel, and a pair of a V-belt tensioning device for applying tension, a center distance variation test device, a V-belt test life time recording device, and a drive wheel speed measuring device.

4 Pulley

4.1 Test pulley (see Figure 2) and the size of the wheel groove according to the provisions of Table 1, the pulley groove test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 11356.1.
