Foreword

GB/T 15242 "hydraulic cylinder piston and piston rod seal size series" is divided into four parts.

--- Part 1. Coaxial seal size series and tolerances;

--- Part 2. Supporting ring size series and tolerances;

--- Part 3. Coaxial seal mounting groove size series and tolerances;

--- Part 4. Supporting ring installation groove size series and tolerances.

This section GB/T 15242 Part 1.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This Part replaces GB/T 15242.1-1994 "hydraulic cylinder piston and piston rod seal with coaxial seal size and tolerance", and GB/T 15242.1-1994 compared to editorial changes in addition to the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Modify the scope (see Chapter 1, 1994 edition Chapter 1);

--- Modify and add terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, 1994 edition Chapter 3);

--- Modify the width of the original coaxial seal code b for b1 (see Chapter 4, 1994 edition 3.2);

New hole combination coaxial seal, including its definition, code, marking and size series and tolerances (see 3.5, Chapter 4, 5.2, 6.2);

--- Added the groove size and its code b, coaxial shaft seal with the nominal diameter code d3, the letter code d1 by the "coaxial seal Pieces of nominal diameter code "to" O-ring diameter code "(see Chapter 4, Figure 3, Table 4, 1994 edition of Chapter 3, Figure 2, Table 2);

--- Modify the "mark" chapter (see Chapter 5, 1994 edition Chapter 5);

--- New elastomer cross-section rectangular hole with a coaxial coaxial seal product schematic (see 6.1.1 Figure 1, 1994 version 4.1.1 Figure 1);

--- Specification code to increase the hole with a coaxial seal, hole with a combination of coaxial seals, shaft with a ladder-shaped coaxial seal letters on behalf of No. TF, TZ, TJ to show distinction (see Chapter 5 and Table 2, Table 3, Table 4);

--- Modify and supplement the hole with a series of coaxial seal size and tolerances (see Table 2, 1994 edition of Table 1);

--- Modify and supplement the shaft with a step-shaped coaxial seal size series and tolerances (see Table 4, 1994 edition of Table 2).
