This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part

1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 15180-2010 "Petroleum Asphalt for Heavy Traffic Roads". Compared with GB/T 15180-2010, except for the structural adjustment In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The AH-30 grade and its technical requirements were deleted (see Table 1 of the.2010 edition);

b) Added AH-170 grade and its technical requirements (see Table 1);

c) Changed the elongation of the residue at 15°C after the AH-50 film oven test, and changed the reported value to no less than 5 cm (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2010 edition);

1 Scope

GB/T 15180-2025 is the Chinese national standard on petroleum asphalts for heavy traffic road, in the field of petroleum and related technologies. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 28 February 2025 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 September 2025.
